Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 was an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as an actor on the TV shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both stand-up comics and social worker. Part-Italian, she is also of Italian descent. Cook was able to make her public service announcement while in foster care when she was seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
